Heh guys. Does anyone live within 2 - 2.5 hrs. away from me for some experienced help? I will pay you but not what these local crooks want to install my parts. ($150/hr)

1) Install Driver’s side wheel bearing hub assembly.
2) Install Left and Right front sway bar links.
3) Install Left and Right front lower control arms (Bushings already pressed in)
4) Install new rear brake pads.
Mechanics are quoting me close to $1,000.00 in labor.

I forgot to ask a couple of questions related to this.
1) do you have a place to do work on your car?
2) are you looking for someone to come to you to help your or were you going to drive your car to some member's location? (related to question 1 above)
3) what is your time line for these repairs?
4) is your v70 all wheel drive or just front wheel drive?
5) is your control arm 2 bolt or 4 bolt pattern? If you have your parts already, take a picture.
I am up in Ambler area. I have done number 2 and 3 on my 99 s70. I have not done the other jobs but they fall into my skill set and I would be willing to help but I need to know the answers to the above before making any commitments.

Hello Amblerman. I grew up not far from you in Flourtown.
1) Yes sir, I do have plenty of room to work on the car at the bottom of my driveway.
2) I think I was hoping that I could get someone to come to my location since the car has expired PA state inspection stickers and I lost my driver's license due to a medical issue.
3) No real timeline. Just want to get these items installed so I can get her inspected. I work until around 5pm during the week or we could do it some Saturday am.
4) My V70 is a plain FWD base model. (Non-turbo)
5) These are the control arms I bought. https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... -p2cakt2p2
I have all the parts ready to go. Bought them mostly from FCPEuro or IPD.

I’ve got a PHL trip planned in sep oct and can donate an evening too. Cue me in on the particulars to coordinate. I , too , am refilling the karmic bucket of Volvo’s past in 2019
A horizonatal surface to sleep for night is appreciated but not required. Getting thrown out of all the hotel clubs is excellent
