Anyone familar with these radios? ASC light can be turned on and off but volume level does not change with speed Thanks Mark :)

Weird. Mine works perfectly. The volume increases at 50 Km/h, 70ish Km/h and then 120 Km/h if I remember correctly. It's all in the owner's manual. As long as the ASC light is coming on this should work. It is subtle though when you reach higher speeds...
