BKM, sorry for literally zero feedback. I haven't been on here since I believe I posted it. I should have made myself more available after saying I'd go check it out for anyone interested. The offer still stands for anyone who finds a prospective vehicle in this area. I really didn't think it'd sell that fast. My apologies.

Hi Pete, the car in question that got sold was an almost new 06 XC70 on eBay. Someone here went and purchased it from under us bidders. I was up to $3,800 with 3 days to go and decided to see how high before it ended but some MVS person here hit the Buy It Now and it's gone.

The one you listed got refreshed today so it's still available. Do you think you can go and take a look at it for me? Mainly to see if it can be driven onto a car carrier without exploding the engine. Also, if it is obvious that it's had body work done. If it is knocking hard please don't let it run too long as if I do buy it there would be less damage to the motor. If it is too far from you don't worry about it. Thank you.

Yes, the Ocean Race XC’s came with that. I think it was an option on standard XC’s, but obviously very expensive.

HA.. I absolutely positively did not buy it. I have enough going on in my life between job, home projects, building a workshop in back yard, holidays coming up, to take on a 4th car right now. This also means I can't help anyone with their XC70 in the near future because if I post questions about one, no one will believe me that I didn't buy it.

Of course, if you want one of the Ocean Racers- the MN deal is as good as it gets - buy cheap and work up an engine over winter.

If it had an M66 I would already be on Delta from ALB to MSP direct, but no slush for this lush.
