How do you pick your own Avatar for the forum?

Yes, how? I used to have one that I uploaded myself but its gone now. When i go to my profile to change my avatar I can only select avatars form a fixed set of avatars that are not mine.
How can I upload my own Avatar? Am I doing something wrong or whats happening here?

Forum was moved from one provider to another...so if upload was possible, then some "switch" needs to be turned on...or, one must be a supporting member (aka $$$), or this is a new policy.

Yes I remember uploading an avatar way back. Why the heck did my avatar disappear in the first place? Moving a forum would typically include also moving forum members avatars one would think?

Welcome! Maybe we have to pay moneys to get us an avatar? We might get a better price if we buy two at the same time??

Once you Log In go to the Volvo Forum page.
Your Avatar should be on top of the page.
You'll see the Bell, Envelope then Avatar Link.
Click the Avatar, whatever that is and you should see "User Control Panel".
After getting in to the User Control Panel you'll see some Tabs. It defaults on "Overview".
Next to it is the "Profile" Tab.
In it you should see the "Edit Avatar" selection.

Hope that works?
