Hi everyone, one of the two fobs that came with my XC90 stopped locking/unlocking. Lights do come on when pressing the light button, and I can start the engine. I tried a new battery and it made no difference. I also tried resetting the
the UEM following the instructions on post #3 here https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=40932 but no luck.
Any idea on what I can do to fix it?

One of yours works fine the other does not, its got to be that one remote. It is the one that has been used the most.
Sometime I need to press and hold the unlock button on my '05. It is most likely the remote transmitter getting weak.

Bummer....I just called my dealer...they want $500 for the whole thing...I think I'll do just fine with no remote on one fob. Thank you for your help.
