Good question. I haven't heard anything regarding parts/service/shipping since the switchover. What are you thinking of buying?

They are honoring all parts from previous purchases. Said business as usual. I haven't used their warranty / guarantee yet.

I tried to get interior door light ($25) they listed in stock but then got response they did not have in stock and a few basic maintenance items. Bailed on whole order. Still have not seen credit after a week.

Have noticed several negative reviews about newparts.com on Yelp.

Be very careful with Yelp! reviews. They've been caught trying to shake down businesses in the past for good reviews.
They tried this with Louis Rossman of Manhattan and they got the royal screw. This is precisely why you don't fk with aspies - we will spend every moment researching.

Yeah well...newparts took my money before telling me they did not have the part as advertised on eeuroparts as in stock. We shall see how long it takes for credit to appear. A week and counting.

They still don’t ship internationally, but I have a contact in Chattanooga that my orders deliver too.The last order of 8 or so items came in three deliveries, two by courier next day, the last by post 5 days later. I’ve been really happy with price, stock levels and range of choice - same part 3 different manufacturers- where you get what you pay for, on some parts.
