Volvo V70 2008 w/3.2 non turbo

Post by EddieW2017 »

Question, recently my 2008 v70 with a 3.2 left me on the side of the road with the Battery light lit on the dash and the car just stopped. After I got it back home and with some research and a new battery I found out that the BOLT holding on the Alternator gear came loose. I replaced the Gear and Bolt from FCP euro and used Locktite when I installed the new parts.
So the issue I'm having is during the re-assembly of the Intake manifold I must have broken the tab on one of the connectors to the Intake Manifold. I am not too sure what the connector actually connects into but it is located about midway up on the RIGHT (passenger side) of the intake manifold and is easier to access from under the car. I will attach a photo if I can. The wires are OK, it's just the back plastic connector part that snaps and holds the wires in place. ANYONE know if or how I can get a replacement one? I don't want to tape or ?

I'd just tape it together, works just as well.

But you're in the wrong subforum I think, that's a P3 V70. The 3.2 wasn't around on the P2 platform.
