And I just wondered the other day what happened to Neil. So you moved up to the p26 Forum with the xc70, I guess.

Do you still have the R? How is it?

Still been around but a year of 7 days/week house renovations has nearly killed me! So much for retirement.

Still have the 'R' but not been driven since about April this year. We are moving to a smaller house in mid-January with a single garage which will be a challenge! I have plans and building permit for a 30 ft x 30 ft garage with 12 ft ceiling and attached to the the back of the existing 26ft x 14 ft existing garage. Room for a hoist I hope! Hope to get this built in mid-2020. Have to wait for final permits and frost out of the ground to start.

I may eventually have to let the 'R' go as I don't seem to find time to drive it. Hate to see it not being used as this will kill it.

Oh, that sounds like a tough year, Neil!
Take your time and not your life, hope things settle after you move into the new place.

One thought on the R: yeah, driving it infrequently might ruin it, but so would the 18 y/o douchebag who wrecks the angle gear on his third burnout after he buys it from you swearing he's gonna baby it.
If the car is well maintained infrequent driving is not that bad from my experience. crank it over from time to time.

Thanks guys. I'll wait and see what next year brings. Maybe there will be more time to take the 'R' out for a run to give it some exercise.
