Someone posted the Michelin video. At least two comments potentially debunking a part of the video.

The clip @ 1:50 is not from a pursuit, it's filmed by an unmarked police car patrolling the highway, and I've never heard anything said about any new tires mounted front or rear of the car crashing. I know because the accident happened close to where I live, just outside Gothenburg, Sweden on R40 highway. The driver actually walked away from the car (with a little help) and told his story about it all in the newspaper afterwards.
