My Volvo XC90 3.2 suddenly stop on road and the electric power went off and can crank or power the windows. No power on the dashboard

Check to see that you are getting battery voltage under the hood of the vehicle at the battery + stud next to the fuse box. Follow the large red cable to the connection under the black lid. The location is on page 136 under the heading "Starting And Driving" in this XC90 Owners Manual:
