Hello. If I remove the CEM for inspection and disconnect the wiring harnesses will I have to have the CEM reprogrammed?

There is not correct question.
If you install back your original CEM after inspection, NO, not need program something.
If you going to replace CEM to another CEM, YES, you should reprogram replacement CEM.

Thank you. I just want to remove and inspect. I will be replacing the original back in the vehicle

I have one headlight out new bulb did not fix, when I pull the CEM on a 2009 s60 can I repair the it my self.
