As some of you know, I bought this car back in 2015 as my first car for $300, and rebuilt it with my dad. It had some front end damage that we fixed, then spent 2 months diagnosing a transmission issue... which turned out to be a broken connector

I daily drove this car up until August of this year, when I finally sold it to focus on my V70R (which turned into focusing on my several other cars and never getting anything done, but that's another story

So onto the build... it's a bone stock 1998 V70 GLT. 2.4L LPT N motor, 13G turbo. I started by replacing the timing belt, tensioner, idler, and water pump the other day, and just last night I got the 19T mounted up with the original straight flange exhaust housing. Yes, an angled flange would flow better, but we're going to stick with the straight flange for now to work with an OBX downpipe.
Now for the parts list... (and where the parts can be found)
TD04HL-19T turbo (2000 V70R)
OBX Straight flange 3" downpipe
Green injectors (S60R/V70R)
NA intake manifold and throttle body w/ 960 throttle plate ('98 S70/V70 NA)
Snabb IC piping coupler to TB (for larger TB)
S90/V90 MAF housing (1998 S90)
NA cams ('95 850 NA)
Deatschwerks DW200 fuel pump
NGK BKR6E plugs
M4.4 tuned by Calvin Sonniksen at Sovvagn Motorwerke in Vista, CA
I'm about halfway through the installation of everything, just waiting on an iPd cam adjustment tool, the Snabb coupler, and the tune from Calvin. I'm really excited to see how the tune goes, I've heard great things about his work and I've been interested to try it out!
And the important part... here are some pictures of the progress thus far!
