Abscate brought up a good question via text since I have the European Select version of the s70 (aka its a stick and i deleted the AC compressor). He asked if I taped up the wires to my deleted AC compressor, which seems like a plausible cause for the blown fuse as the wire could've touched something else or gotten some moisture in it (right?).
