2006 s80 security system, won't start

First thing that happened was a deer ran out and hit my 2006 Volvo S80. The plan is to fix it myself. The damages were front bumper,fender,hood,slam panel,and headlight assembly. So the car was parked in my garage until I had all the parts.(about two weeks) Fast forward to that day and I had a dead battery . So with the car having no juice I used my keyfob and with the key went in through the trunk to open one of the doors. That set off the alarm with no siren. Just taillights and headlights flashing. So that happened till I disconnected the battery. I put a charger on the battery, charged it, and put back in the vehicle only to find that nothing at all would work except the interior lights, and the panic button. Any help with this matter would be hugely appreciated!! Thanks in advance

Might have loosen the wire further during the accident?
