Hi all,
My wipers won’t stop in the lowest, horizontal position. When I turn them off, they go to horizontal and then rise approximately 15 degrees when they stop.
Are the linkages bad, or somehow flipped around? And is there a trick to getting the wiper arms off after undoing the 13mm nut? I tried pulling, but they’re pretty stuck on there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, of course!

I don't know why yours is raising the 15 degrees, but I use a battery terminal puller like this one https://www.amazon.com/OTC-4611-Battery ... B000ZIZ32W to remove the wiper arms and that works good. You can get them at any local parts store too.

Thanks! I'll give that a try and hope it's just as easy to replace the wiper arms.

Soak in PB blaster after removing the nut for a week. I have an engine crane. You can borrow back if they are really stuck
