98 v70 driver door handle/locking tumbler broken

In the posted pic, there is the white door handle with tumbler and broken rod and the other locking tumbler that i demolished. I was very mad because it would not go back together with the two T30 screws installed and the handle hook wouldnt work with the broze sprung catch. I have no idea why the rod on the white one broke. I have also bent the bronze thing that the handle hook is suppose to catch onto, and i cannot get it back to working conditon. I need to know if that rod is removable from the locking tumbler. If not, where do i request a tumbler to be made for same keys/VIN? How much would it be?
