Here is my video of how my volvo is currently routed.
In the beggging of the video i have the camera pointed at the diagram for refference
Next i move to the top of the back of the vacuum tree, routed under the fuel rail, to the fuel pressure regulator i believe it's called.
next i move to the second of the nipples of the vacuum tree, which is connected to the T pipe. Yellow/black circle which has a t to it.
Next. I point to the other side of the tree, where in the middle i have vacuum line that routes to the airbox. Or a device mounted along side the airbox rather
That same module has a line that comes out of it that runs to the t pipe, the t pipe then continues down to the charcoal box. The vacuum canister next to the charcoal box has two lines that run up, and are connected to the final thing i point to in the video, the elbow with two nipples underneath this.
I hope this helps.

Right now I'm thinking i need to add vacuum to 'D' as well as to 'J'.
I took a picture of the cruise control module(Thanks for explaining what that was) under the battery plate, It has a nipple with no vacuum, and i have two things on my vacuum tree not in use.
I wouldn't know to delete the vacuum canister, because im not sure how to tell whether its working or not.
If i add a vacuum line to the cruise control, maybe it will start working/.\
If i add vacuum to the flame trap, maybe that will give me negative crank case ventilation, and circulate the fumes through the pcv box properly.
Thats my hope anyways. Im ready to move forward if this is logically sound.
