Looking for insight - vibration at highway speed

Update: I had the tires rotated and balanced at a local shop. They found that 2 wheels were out of balance (one in the front and one in the rear) and one of those was particularly challenging to balance. The tires are still at 40psi but in my brief road test to 70 it does seem much better. I need to drive it more to see if it is licked completely but this is a positive step.
