new to me c30 Headliner NG

Kind of board with it nothing is wrong.
The only real thing I can think of is my headliner.
It looks rippled, car is from Florida
Headliner on sunroof cover really shot.

Was thinking alcantera would be a COOL replacement.
What material is the board made from, could it fall apart as I try to refirb it and make car look worse?
Does anyone know a source of used one?

Most headliner board will be fine. Looking at the old foam you can see why it's the cover material that's the problem. S40 is close enough as an example.

The board will be fine, but you have to scrape as much of the old foam off as you can. I replaced the headliner on my S40. I got a used one at the picnpull for $20. No scraping, no gluing. Pulled old one out, stuck new (used) one in. Not too hard.
