US Bank: 30min hold time. 2-6mos, has to be reviewed first, decision mailed w/in 5-7 biz days.
Bellco: 1-1.5hr hold time. Have every bit of account/personal info ready for verification. 1-2mos, has to be reviewed first, decision mailed w/in 5-6 biz days.
Wells: 10min hold time. 2 mos., instant. (We are long-time personal/biz bankers though).
Chase: 10min hold time. 2mos, instant.
ENT CU: 5min hold time. 1-2mos, instant.
Citizens: Hold time TBD; 2mos, instant.
GM: **Lease deferment N/A. Hold/defers TBD.
TD Auto: Can’t get through by phone; disconnects due to “high call volume” after initial prompts. Can submit secure message via online account portal. TBD.
Nissan: TBD. Got an email that they’re Intrinsically flexible. Used to subprime/bankruptcies. Willing to listen/work with you. Just call.
Mercedes: 1-3 months.
BBVA: 30min wait, up to 3mos.
