WTB: Trailer hitch for 99 s70 - Boston Area

not sure if anyone has one they pulled off an old car or one they aren't using, but im looking around for the price on trailer hitches.

I'm looking to put a bike rack on it so if anyone has the whole thing all together and it looking to sell it, thats even better. Ideally in the boston RI NH area.

Be careful with the OEM Volvo hitch , SM.

It’s the euro obscene looking one that does not take a 2 inch receiver like a Curt or Drawtite, which might not take a bike rack

not sure i follow, i've found trailer bike racks that fit a 1 1/4 hitch? Are the Curt and Drawtite ones no good, because they seem to be my only option online

A curt or drawtite will be fine, but if you buy the OEM Volvo hitch it wont receive a bike rack

My experience with this is the aftermarket hitches for P80 cars are only 1-1/4 size. I Installed the hitch from Curt and use a step-up adapter to mount my 2 inch bike rack. Weights are all within spec.
