Boost 850

Post by tunatime »

Just a quick question about my 850 turbo. Today I turned my key to on and I I noticed my electronic boost controller moving between 0.0 and 0.2 in boost also heard a little electric motor turning on and off in my engine bay in sync with my boost controller. Any thoughts on what that could be? Cheers

Do you mean boost gauge? The motor you were hearing may have been the idle air control valve, but that wouldn't affect boost.

Since you mention that it's electronic, I think it may just be a glitch with the gauge itself, being that it's a small amount.
