I acquired a 92 940 turbo recently. I have no history on it. it had been abandoned. First thing i did was pull the in tank fuel pump thinking the tank might need cleaning. The pump was dry and split so i installed another one. I cant get any power to the pump. I pulled the relay out of a running car and swapped and no improvement. I dont know if its related but i have no power to the ac controls and radio. I do however have voltage to terminal 30 on the relay socket
You guys have any idea/
Thanks
Mike

Re: In tank fuel pump
Was the in-tank pump new or used? I replaced my in-tank pump with a used one from eBay, which was listed as working. Of course, after installation, it didn't work. New in-tank pumps are expensive (think eEuroparts stocks them), but it's the most reliable option.
The AC controls and radio run on a different circuit than the fuel pump, so it's probably a separate issue.

It was new. Turned out to be the ecu. Put in a used one and everything worked.
