Smart to get alternator out of the way

The suction and discharge hoses on P80 are NLA aftermarket so Volvo only, to tune of $200 each , last I checked.

New orings everywhere , lube with PAG 46 with leftover from the 90 ml you load into the new compressor.

The scan tech complete oring kit is incomplete so either buy two, order individually, or buy one and call me for the missing ones
So I purchased the volvo brand compressor. I did not order any O rings, I figured it came with new ones. Does it not come pre-lubricated? My plan was to swap out and head to the shop for a fresh fill of freon.

There is a thread here documenting the exact size of all the orings. I’ll bump it

You can fund these locally AT a FLAPS, give me a yell if you get stuck here.

You cannot depend on the AC guys to lubricate the compressor. Plan on adding 100 ml of Pag

Before you start car or put the serp belt on turn the compressor over 10x to distribute

Replaced the driver and passenger seat, swapped in a 98 to 98 passenger seat from my wrecked car and a 99 power seat into the 98. I have a new appreciation for the connectors volvo chose to use on these seats.
