98 V70 P0107 Low voltage barometric pressure

Post by Dno1381 »

Hello everyone,
I have a 98 V70 GLT that keeps throwing the P0107 every few days. Sometimes it will clear and run fine, and others it will not. It idles rough and I get 10mpg when the code is thrown because it goes into default boost mode. The air conditioning does not currently work ( this is on the same circuit from what I could tell from other forum posts). I have a new MAP sensor, and swapped the high and low AC pressure sensors, and the acceleration sensor found in the subframe from my donor car. The connectors and sensors have all been cleaned with alcohol and look relatively clean, and wiring looks in good shape as far as I can trace it. I’m debating buying new sensors for the ones that I had replaced, but I don’t want to throw money at it if the problem isn’t solved. The other option is to recharge the air conditioning that doesn’t work right now, but again I don’t know that this will fix it either. Has anyone run into this problem before? Other than the two options below I have considered just replacing the entire wiring harness for this circuit, but I just don’t know that I have diagnosed the issue properly. Any help is greatly appreciated, people on this site have taken me from being able to do very basic maintenance to diagnosing almost any issue I run into with this vehicle and fixing it myself. Thanks!
