25 MPG last two tanks with mostly city driving. Driven by my son who never opens the engine up, feathers the throttle and off the gas early when the light changes. He is good about keeping with the flow of traffic despite being easy on the car.
The DIY dual exhaust was fabricated by my friend's son who is 21 years old. His first exhaust system using a Walker preformed exhaust pipe for a Ford van. Material wise it was around $20 and he just cut the pieces he needed with the shapes required.
