Needs a little TLC but all over a great car!
Some work needed maybe Depending on whom you use: ~$1,200 - $2200 work not sure exactly.
Needs new Amplifier, Spoiler, Scrapes on Bumpers, pulling some codes, bearing on Axel making nose, but like I said amazing car but you all know that!
Hilarious. Plan on 5-7k of work

Pristine at 15k
The rest at 1.5k and 13.5k needed to restore

It may be pretty trashed, but it's an M66 wagon. I'd rather talk him down on that one than pay upwards of $10k on a nice one that will eventually need all of the same things replaced anyway.

They aren’t that Rare. We are used to getting everything we want shipped in two days for “ free” but it isn’t hard to find a car in NA in all but a few brands

I'm betting something like a tuner going after it, then realizing he was in way over his head. Or his wallet.
We have kids here in Maine who spend their evenings leaving patches on the highways - back roads - and then spend their weeks working minimum wage to buy new tires. These knuckleheads aspire to being able to leave a loop in the patch they leave. 'course, when they kill themselves they can't be identified by dental records - no teeth.
