windshield washer nozzle is broken - replacement part?

Post by 850forum »

I've been getting weak front windshield washer spray & leakage of water under the hood. Took off the insulation & the hose is hanging -- the back end of the nozzle has broken off. It has two tiny little holes even in the plug portion; seems like a recipe for clogging to me -- as oppose to a big chamber with a couple openings.

Anyone know the official name for this, or part number or 3rd party replacement?

I had to install a new nozzle for the windshield. It was part number 30655605. I used an aftermarket part and posted some comparison pictures here:

Both the original and the repl had a red dot pasted on. Wonder if that indicates driver's side. No indication in the Parts list that they are different L vs R.

At least for the replacements I recently bought, they work in both positions. I have not heard that there are left and right versions of the part.
