Spent 1, 3,5 minute propane head on subframe bolts. Won’t move even with a 5 foot cheater
Mi can feel the elastic nature of the 17mm hex head bolt

Found tough running cause. PCV has major leaks down at snorkel, allowing major unmetered air. Fits running syndrome of easy starting and then rough idle after close loop OXS operation

Impact driver is possibly the only way to go. I tried the old brute force but only succeeded in breaking most of the bolt heads off.

If it helps, when I broke the heads off, and pulled the sub-frame, it was the concretion of the reacting metals that formed a glue between the bolts shank and the sub-frame. With the heads broken off and the sub-frame hammered and levered out of the way, I used a stud remover (one of those things that act like a pipe-wrench and lock on tighter the harder you turn them).

What I also did was to drill small holes above the bolts with a hole large enough to spray penetrating oil into on one of those small tubes you get with the cans. I let that germinate for a few days with more PB blaster and they then turned out fairly easily.

The sub-frame holes for the bolts were scarily enlarged by the reaction between the materials.

Fired up the 1999 S70 AWD

Put battery in
Put 2 gallons gas in

PCV hose had popped off snorkel, no clamp. Pushed it back on firm

Started up and ran well
Gushed about 2 liters of gas from transfer pump side into catch pan , then slowed to drip

ME7 went closed loop in 6 minutes. Came up to temperature at 3 o'clock

All electricals work
ABS light on

2022 work

Bridged fuel line to be resolved
Rear brakes installed, have to hook up left side fittings amd bleed
Need one of the expanders and new shoes.
Used battery installed
Needs fuel filler installed
Needs rear exhaust installed, clamp
Abs install and test
New screws here.
