cleaned PVC oil separator. new tubes up above it. what next ?

cleaned PVC oil separator. new tubes up above it. older filter was brown and dry. what next ?
still have some oil coming out the oil filler cap.
maybe i need to drive for awhile ? I read that on one forum but cant find it again.
also have major vibrations under passenger seat at higher rpms (which go way after car shifts to higher gear)

also steering wheel and gas pedal vibrate at idle. and both under load and in park at 2 to 4k.
i have the ca a year now
(( 1993, volvo 940))
can a clogged exhaust or catalytic converter make oil push threw the oil filler cap ?
i am still not passing the latex glove test though it has lessened and doesn't inflate as much.
I feel like the pedal is pushing back and the car has a clog until it shifts into higher gear. do feel the pushback as much with it in park without load.

im figuring next to pull the cat and clean it. or surrender and go to a mechanic.

any thoughts. vibration is loud at the 2-4k range. i can hit a sweet spot and keep vibrating.
i would say oh its an engine mount and maybe partially is, but the pedal feels tough to depress and the oil is still coming through the cap. and still failing the glove test as i watch it inflate again. i put zip ties all over the flame trap and new tube to the oil separator system. (the whole pvc system has zip ties) the nipple to throttle body does have suction.

the engine seal are leaking a bit. plugs look good. when i rev it past 3.4 k it hums. but then there is more oil out of the sealed closed cap.

i just ran her gently on a 8 mile loop 50 mph to 0mph w traffic lights. got much less oil gently running her.

maybe i have 2-3 issues. but i think it is just the one. please help !!!
