I hope abscate doesnt vote me off the Volvo island for this post! :shock: For real, I Googled the LKQ in OKC and found this stupid blinker fluid joke :roll: Had to share it for the laughs! :lol:

- My local junk yard sells recovered coolant from junked cars. Once they drain the coolant, they collect it in 1-gallon container and sell it for a few $.

- Believe it or not, there are ppl out there that buy used coolant.

I had lunch in a diner with a guy in NJ selling used coolant once

Most used antifreeze is recycled into new coolant. With chemistry it can be made as good a virgin antifreeze. Good chance you have already bought some used Antifreeze.

I buy brand-new Prestone Green for the last 25 yrs.
Whether Prestone used new ingredients or recycled old stuff, I have no idea.
All I know is that Prestone Green has been good to all Volvos and BMWs I have owned in 25 yrs.
