Measure the voltage across the battery terminals. Now carefully move the positive lead to the nut on the starter and measure that voltage report back the two numbers.
How old is the battery, too?

To follow up on the multiple suggestions to check the voltage between the battery and starter, looking back to page 1 of thread ...
(2) This voltage is unaffected by the PNP switch, so this observation would not be a reason to change the PNP.
Also from page one:
(1) This is the voltage we keep mentioning, Check voltage cold, check it hot, check it when it's stalling. Check it three times get those three numbers. and the fourth number is between the plus and minus battery posts.
(2) This voltage is unaffected by the PNP switch, so this observation would not be a reason to change the PNP.
Also from page one:
Seriously, do you know what brand the PNP is? Worth considering. If it's "ProParts Sweden" I'd stay open to this part being a problem.

So after countless hours trying to diagnose the intermittent starting issue on the car, my independent volvo mechanic can't spend any more time on the car. Here is the rundown:
Intermittently, my car does not turn over. At first I thought it only occurs on a hot engine, but noticed that I can start it, drive somewhere for 10 minutes and then come back after about 40 minutes and it won't start up or crank.
One thing to note is that the car is guaranteed to startup every morning.
The volvo shop changed the following:
starter, PNP switch, Ignition Switch, ABS Module (for a different reason), and electrical connectors at the wiring harness on the starter motor. They said they went through the entire electrical system and voltage.
In not being able to diagnose anything, they mentioned that bypassing the ignition to the starter seems to work.
I really enjoy driving the car and do not want to stop driving it.
If anyone can help, I would soooo appreciate it.
Thank you.

If the bypass works that tells you the fault is between the ignition switch and the starter relay, and it’s probably an intermittent wiring fault. You could wire a starter switch there as a temp measure.
Is it always a no-crank condition when it occurs?

When was your themostat (ECT) replaced last? I replaced mine before on my 95 850 because I was having a hard start or no start issues after driving around town, parking the car to run in the store then come out of the store and it wouldnt start. Found that the Themostat was going bad causing the car to dump more fuel in the engine to cool the engine down because the themostat thought the engine was getting to hot. Which would flood the engine when i go park the car.

The ECT is another thought. These cars are VERY susceptible to oddness from them being out of range, even if they're not throwing a code for it or showing other symptoms.
However, this would not cause a "No-Crank" condition. It would make the car hard to start, but it would still be turning over.
