My guess is Jalopnik might end up a little tipped towards 'No Dice' but around here someone would scoop it up pretty quick. Maybe I'm wrong and the price is a little inflated by the dealership floor. I've definitely seen m56 850s listed private party on my craigslist for 4-5k.

Looks pretty nice. The price may be a touch high, but it's a clean car. The survey is pretty highly in favor of "nice price" currently!

Also, when did they change to "no dice?" It was crack pipe for the longest time... must've offended crack heads  .

Yeah I'm surprised at how well it's doing over there. But the site does love manuals!

They changed it recently and made a post about it as it trivializes the societal damage done by the crack epidemic, especially to the black community. It's happened in other places over the last few months. A somewhat famous bakery with locations in a few major cities called milk bar changed the name of their most popular product from Crack Pie to Milk Bar Pie for the same reason.

Definitely not crazy, maybe a little optimistic but I always price everything with room to negotiate. $3k would be a good deal if it wasn't for the burnt valve. Given everything done to it, you could probably get $2k fairly easily.

Guess why he's mad? Because in that market you should get over $1500 for it pretty easily. But the list of buyers is shrinking, you may have to wait.

That buyer will be someone with an engine ready to drop in, like me.

😀

...on the West Coast of course, and probably PNW.

It’s so stupid to get angry at a seller. If I had been in and said “ sorry, I only want to pay $1500, but I hope you get your $3000.....guess who gets the call back if it has to move?

Yup... I don't know why people get passionately angry at sellers who won't take a low ball offer. If the seller is a jerk about it (read: "I KNOW WHAT I HAVE!!!"), I get that, but still... getting into an argument over an asking price is a little ridiculous.

With my E90, I had a guy offer like $4k and then when I came back with $6k he said "good luck getting that kind of money for THAT car!" He messaged me the next day offering $5k  .
Little did he know I had over 120 inquiries on this car and had no problem selling it for barely under asking.

That kind of behavior is within normal limits with little kids.

Grow up is perceived to be a cliche. I'll leave it to you to figure out why it is perceived to be overused.

Fairly pedestrian auto V70 R, except for 2 things: low miles and Sonic Blue.

BTW this went for $12k on BAT a year ago. If he gets close to $18k it shows P2 R cars are appreciating rapidly.

This is an auto transmission car.
