Need to replace the cooler on my C70. That FCP Euro video was, though 14-15 minutes long, didnt help me because 1) the engine bay was not in the best condition and some screws and lines were rusty to the point where the bolt heads just broke off and 2) because that thing the dude put aside on that 850(?), is solid plastic on my C70 and it makes it really hard to remove the fan. So either take the bumper off or the intake manifold. Plus the radiator fan was broken, which indicates that the "pros" that repaired the car before i bought it, didnt know how to replace the cooler either, so they just smashed the fan.
So, yeah, how to replace the cooler, step by step on a C70(2000)T5?
C70(1)T5 Cooler replacement tipps?

Are you referring to the Intercooler, for the charge air from the turbo to the throttle body? If so, https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=ro ... &FORM=VIRE
Current Volvos:
1998 V70 T5, 112k sat 5 years, still in mechanical coma (finally at the top of the pile )
2004 XC90 T6 AWD: 186k, 60 on transaxle ( traded in )
1998 POS70 N/A: DD/training aid, 236k but really about 240k, I think...ABS module( passed on to son who sold it)

That thing is called "radiator" over here. But I think we got you anyways.
A water cooler is the thing standing in the office hallway where people gather to shoot the breeze.
Maybe this might help with your problem?
