I’ve got both that hood and fender in 019 stone black. Maybe I should bring them down ?

Hooked up the jump pack when I got home and it started right up. Runs great still! Drove it off the dolly and into the garage. Not a single warning light on, but the battery is so dead, as soon as I turn the key off, it loses all power.

Sad to see it now compared to how it was, early last year when I took this picture, but I can't keep this many cars. I have 7 now... plus the other 4 on the driveway that are my parents' and brother's cars.

Don't worry, this one is lower priority... drivetrain is going to come out in the next few days and then I'll push it aside until I feel like pulling the delta link for the R.
But you know as much as anyone else here that I just don't stop! Lol

We'll see how it looks when I tear it down. The fact that I have so many cars and no use for this one aside from parts is deterring me from wanting to fix it again, but I won't rule anything out. I don't have any plans set in stone for any of my cars!

There's more wrong than fender and hood there. I'd say inner fender structure, radiator support, headlight bucket area at least.

All fixable stuff. You cam hack those repairs, the fender and hood will nicely cover up the work

I would kill to have that damage to my car instead of the deep creased gouges all over the roof and sides from a tornado.

I remember when you posted that thread, your car took some nasty hits!

Oh yeah, the inner fender is truly f*%ked (for lack of a less colorful way to describe it). WAY worse than the last time we fixed it, which can be found here.
It could probably be pulled back out, but it would take a LOT of persuasion with a BFH. More like a VBFH. Aside from that, it would also need the core support (always get destroyed in accidents, I actually have an 850 one but they're different) L headlight/turn signal, and hood. Possibly the battery tray and some other things. I need to get it torn down tomorrow if I get a chance, had to take a 4 hour round trip today to pick up a seat for my Miata. Cloth '01-'05 Miata seats are way harder to find than you'd think!

I just gave my core support to a donor project, unfortunately

It’s so funny that your car came back to you. I guess the circle of Volvo holds true

Can you share the buyback price?

And then there is the lipstick and nail polish removal to deal with.

I may have an interest in that 98MY ECU, if you're not planning on using it. Could stand to have a spare.
'97 854 T5 - Manual Swap/M4.4/COP/NA cams/P2R Brakes/16T/ chassis bracing/ XC70 nose swap
'97 855 GLT - Hers. RN swap/16T/COP/VVT/exhaust/302s/Flashed M4.4/ chassis bracing/ 2 kid seats
'78 GLE - Waiting in the wings. Future whiteblock/T5 swap.

The Others- '83 TBird turbo, '85 Mercury Marquis LTS (1 of 134), '86 LTD Wagon, '81 Granada GL, '76 Beetle, '93 F-150 I6

I’ve got both ECU and TCZu off 1998 Clarke which had an NA engine
