My spring tuneup list
1)Replace flex hoses.6 July 08. Tried with heat, spit, release, and foul language, could not budge the nuts on the metal pipe side.I am now resorting to my "mechanic" when all else fails.
Edit: 7 July 08 trusty mechanic did the flex hoses, the metal pipes where so corroded they had to be replaced  Its a good job I did not shear everything off when I tried to do it. Done

2)Get the Ac working. DONE
3)Service the rear brakes and emergency brake.DONE
4)Find a new/better non rusted tailgate.DONE Now to have it painted and the glass fitted!
5)Summer tires/tyres.
6) Get rid of the fuel trim code...Argh!
7)Get rid of the body rust.
8)Timing belt, tensioner, water pump, radiator flush.
9)Tranny drain and fill.
10)Lose 30 pounds, transplant the hair that has migrated from my head to my back, back to my head again and make a whole lot more money :P
I have not found anything in Vadis ,Haynes or the forum for #10 any pointers would be welcome. :)

Well we are in summer now and I cannot really claim to be doing a spring tune up any more, so the rest will have to be done over the coming months.

Have you tried marrying into money? JK

This is bit late but I just found this site couple days ago. These are the repairs I made over spring to my 98 S70 GLT with 121k.
1- timing belt, tensioner kit, & water pump.
2- rear brakes with new rotors and system flush
3- replace heater core and fixed noisey dash with experimental technique (anyone else notice the S70 dash making tons of noise?)
4- replaced torque arm motor mount
5- dist cap, rotor, and plugs
6- tranny flush
7- new pirelli tires and alignment cause we had access to alignment rack and why not.
8- misc items: air filter, cabin filter, fuel pump relay, fuel filter, expansion tank cap, trunk shocks, turbo vaccum hose, and bulb for shifter socket.

Should be good for awhile however will be considering the following as needed:
Front brakes and new rotors
suspension possibly upgrade?
