Valve guide seals?

Valve guide seals?
If I am not losing any coolant or oil in car, but car still blows decent amount of white looking steam out exhaust that doesn't smell sweet or like oil at all, is it possible that valve guide seals could be gone? Wasn't sure if that was possible if I wasn't losing oil.

White but no sweet smell when you first start up the engine is condensation, AKA Dew, in the exhaust system being vaporized into steam by the hot exhaust gasses. Nothing to worry about. Every engine will do it under the right conditions.
One last check, are you sure it not black or gray and it smells like unburned fuel? Which would be incomplete combustion.
