A teardown and new cabin build? Nice Victorian house in the background.

Nice main house. I am impressed you are hauling your debris back to town to go to the landfill. Around here, people would find the nearest ditch and dump everything.

Ford owners have noted the Ford looks in the Volvo 444 and 544 cars. It depends where you are starting from. I owned the Ford before I owned any Volvo cars.
The lake looks good too.

The Bagster let’s you load a 4x8 foldable haul away with up to 3500 pounds of C&D and they take it away for $160

My dump would charge about $200 for the same load, so if I had the full 3500 I would just call them up. That demo load was mostly wood so it only weighed 800 pounds so, $50 to dump.

The used to give you the Bag for free but too many cheapskates who use them as leaf haulers, kiddie pools, lawn furniture covers, and reserve parachutes spoiled that business model.

I use it with my HF 4x8 trailer, now in its 12 year of paying back

You really want a Caitlin on a job site. She’s 5 feet 13 inches tall and when I went to install the triplex 12 foot 12 inch beam she snatched it and stuck it up in the air by herself.
