I’ve looked for that part number unsuccessfully but have a new Volvo one in my parts bin, I can pull number tomorrow

It’s part “ 16 “ here

Naturally , the correct technical name for it is obviously “ elephant hose”

GLE in EU market means that you have 10v engine.
Post a picture of engine bay and a spare relay you have.

There is a possibility that you have(need) a yellow relay since 10v cars have Siemens management.
I don't know how to put a pic but I only see one electrical ground contact on the relay panel (the jumper is only wired into one spot anyways), not 2 like the yellow one...
