07 ,V70R value in Canada

What's a 07 V70R worth up here in Canada? Black on Black with an auto? I keep toying with picking up one as a project for sale locally. It has 220,000KM on it. The bad news is it has salvage title, due to hail damage, so will need an inspection, and will always carry rebuilt status. It also apparently has an engine knock, so will need bottom end. Just wondering if fixing it would be worth it. I know not many were sold, and last year, plus it's in Canada, so I bet even less common.

In Quebec 220,000km is considered pretty high miles but maybe in Alberta people people care less about it, if you can replace the rod bearings and has no other engine damage, I wouldn't pay more than $1000 and sell it to maybe 3-$5000 and you will need to wait for a buyer who is looking for one. With the pandemic people are not very willing to spend these days
