3-spoke steering wheel RTI-buttons deletion

Hello, new member here!

I bought an 2007 V70 model Sport steering wheel for my 2002 V70 and this "new" wheel has RTI buttons behind it? My car does not have RTI and I would like to delete those buttons. Is there possibly a cover for the hole when the buttons are gone?

I tried to find it from the part catalog but failed to find one..
