What silicone is safe to use on abs/tracs pcb?
Rtv?
Can Reinzoseal also be used on abs/tracs pcb?
I bought Wurth universal transparent acetat silicone for this, but it says that it shouldn't be used on pcb.
Ok....it can be used for sealing the module's case...but what to use on pcb?
Abs/tracs module pcb reseal

Never use acetat sealants for any electrical parts! Not for pcb's or cases or contacts.
Reinzoseal (black) or Abro 999 (grey) are chemically neutral and suitable for works with electrical equipment.
It's better to use special spray laque for pcb sealing.

For anyone else browsing this thread, you're looking for a silicon conformal coating. CPC and RS both stock this and it is available as an aerosols or a brush-on solution.

Matty Moo adviced me to leave it unprotected, just to seal the case.
He says that it won't hurt pcb and added that later years abs/tracs modules didn't had silicone membrane on pcb.
He is an expert and i trust him on this.
