Hi
Our 2006 XC90 cabin is cold and won’t heat up:
At any temperature setting, blower works, cabin remains cold.
The arms for the baffle are constantly cycling up and down (I have taken footwell panels off and looked)
The pipes to the internal radiator are cold, even when running the engine to normal temp.
Any thoughts on this please?

Make sure first the two hoses inside the engine bay under the windshield are both hot. Clean then the small sensor behind the climate module grid without touching it - a home vacuum cleaner works fine.Try running the climate on manual mode and with air from outside, not on recirculating (no light on the recirculating button). You may also try calibrating the climate unit using VIda. Then you may want to remove and test the sensor - be sure to disconnect the car battery. This sensor can go bad when a battery is replaced or jump started, we prefer having the key in POS II and headlights on .
