I've been using the Grom unit in my '00 V70R for over 6 years now and satisfied with it since it does the job. It's not perfect but it does work fine for my purposes. https://gromaudio.com/store/all-vol94.html
Interestingly enough, the audio from my phone to the Grom unit to my speakers sound better than just from the factory unit itself (radio or CD). YMMV

I've had a Yatour in my V70 for a year now, no complaints and it's half the price of the GROM (with the extra bluetooth module).
Sound is really nice with the SC900 :)
Haven't really used it for calls tho, so I can't say much about this part

Well shoot, the Blitzsafe cd changer adaptor didn't work:

Which is fair enough since it's for adapting to an Alpine CD changer, not adding a line in. But the SC-815's changer button is still disabled with it connected.

The Yatour sounds interesting. Got a link by chance?
