Jan 14, 2021 – One week after Dr. Paul Marik and Dr. Pierre Kory – founding members of the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) – along with Dr. Andrew Hill, researcher and consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO), presented their data before the NIH Treatment Guidelines Panel, the NIH has upgraded their recommen­da­tion and now considers Ivermectin an option for use in COVID-19.

Their recommendation has now been upgraded to the same level as those for widely used monoclonal antibodies & convalescent plasma, which is a “neither for nor against” recommen­da­tion. The significance of this change is that the NIH has decided to no longer recommend against the use of ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19 by the nation’s health care providers. A consequence of this change is that ivermectin has now been made a clear therapeutic option for patients.

Let me try to put this in perspective.

There is no FDA approved vaccine against Covid 19 being distributed today.

What is being distributed is a vaccine under an “ Emergency use authorization “ which is not the same as an FDA approval.

What the public is seeing, perhaps for the first time, is the long process that is required for an FDA approval, and why that is so.

These cases require long study, reactions, manufacturing problems, just a whole host of stuff that has to be understood before the product is released to market. It’s not rocket science, it’s even more complicated.

As time goes on the FDA approved drug found other uses. You notice below in red that Ivermectin "showing efficacy against an expanding number".

So why is it even Merck is against it? Merck stands to lose millions in grants and other money's for producing a vaccine.

Who would be in line to make huge profits if Ivermectin was recognized worldwide as a Covid treatment? Nobody, according to Lorigo, who has done some legal research on the drug.

"The patent for Ivermectin ran out in 1996, so just about any drug company can make it now, cheaply," Lorigo said. "One of my clients bought it in Rochester the other day for 83 cents a pill. Right now, there is very little profit motive for the big drug companies to sell Ivermectin."
