HU 613 changing source on its own now

My radio has been doing something weird lately. I usually listen to the same FM radio station all the time, occasionally but more frequently now it will change the source to FM or play whatever CD is in there........all on it's own! It seems to do this every couple of days and it happens when I'm driving only. Any ideas? Ghosts in the dashboard?

These radios are known for that, as well as the display light going out. I have the same thing going on with it in my wagon and finally replaced the HU613 in my 2002 S60 due to the display and not syncing with the steering wheel controls. Anyhow, you can get another from the salvage yard, Ebay or Erie Volvo...they're plug and play, no radio code.

Sticky dirty control switches perhaps. Remove the Faceplate and clean the controls with Electrical contact cleaner or MAF cleaner.
