Shopping for a C70 in MA? - YV1672MC0BJ115436

Just a heads up to fellow Volvo owners in the market for a 2011 C70, there is a really nice example YV1672MC0BJ115436 at Mass Motors in Millbury, but it's in need of a few things that kept me from buying that others might not catch.

Needs a Timing belt, front rotors and 2 tires

Seller is asking $9195

Market price (my opinion) is closer to $8200 if it needed nothing.... but it needs about $1550 in service.

Seller told me the extended warranty would cover the Timing belt if it broke in the first 6 months. Not great advice, otherwise a really nice guy.
