The drier quick connect has two oring, but it is held in with a spring clip that locks the hose in place. You need a tool that slips inside the hose to both release and install this line, if you just push it in it doesn’t lock and will blow out under pressure.

So finally got around to fix the problem. Took it to a car AC specialist shop, they changed all the rubber o rings and resealed the system, tested it to 15bar and now everything works as it should.
