1999 S70 T5 Radiator Leak

1999 S70 T5 Radiator Leak

Looks like I have corrosion on the right side of my radiator and a pretty bad leak near the attaching bracket.

I'm looking at the Nissens radiator at FCP. Like the customer feedback. I've heard people swear by the Behr on the forum but see no customer reviews at FCP. The Behr is not that much more. Is it worth the price? What's the difference. Not willing to shell out for the OEM Volvo radiator.

Advice?

I got 4 years 100k out of a replacement Nissens, which only broke because I let the mount bolt fall out and sag, putting strain on the side plastic/ metal joint, which then seeped

I would go Nissens again, from FCP for warranty

I just installed a Nissens in the S70 yesterday, for what it's worth. Seems to be well made but I have no historical data yet.
98' S70, base, 5-speed manual, pewter/ tan, 145k miles
99' S70, base, 5-speed manual, nautic blue/ tan, 225k miles, currently inop
06' V70, auto, willow green/ charcoal, 147k miles
79' Ford Capri S, Euro Spec 2.8 V6, T9 5-speed manual, owned since 1986
58' Porsche Diesel Junior
13' Honda Odyssey :oops:
84' Mercedes 300 D, gold/ tan, 420k miles (retirement project :D )

I can only vouch for Nissens. Haven't tried Behr.
I've installed Nissens in several cars and never had any problems with it.
