Just had a variety of front-end suspension components including control arms, axles, and struts, and a complete brake job done (all new rotors and pads x 4 wheels front and rear). It had just started making this noise prior to the repair about 2 weeks ago, and I thought it was a dragging brake sound. My second guess is wheel bearings, although it doesn't sound like other videos I've seen for that. It only makes the sound during left turns and usually at lower speeds.
Car is 1996 n/a with 88K miles. All of the suspension components pulled off of the car seemed to be original to the car which at the lower miles makes sense. Regardless, we are talking about 25+-year-old components so miles or not some of this stuff starts to go.
Bearing(?) noise during left turns?

Ill agree if its a bearing it isnt like any bearing failure Ive heard before.
Can you find a nice open country road where you can swerve back and forth at 45 mph or so and listen??

Yes, and it will do intermittent blips of the same sound when the wheel is turned to the left, such as during a lane change. Not occurring when turning the wheel to the right. Its more pronounced at the slow speeds though, such as turning left from a stop, or turning off of a road at 15-20 mph into a driveway, as in the video.

It has all the hallmarks of a bad bearing...
But the sound
. But maybe it's creating a harmonic with something like the brake dust shield.
That screams to me bad bearing. Been there, done that. Not occurring when turning the wheel to the right.

It seems to be coming from the rear passenger side wheel, however, I'm wondering if that is only because I am sitting in the driver's side of the front of the car.
Even though it only started about two gas tanks full ago (about 2-3 weeks) it seems to be getting louder as time goes on. It is def. related to a turning wheel as at low speeds it perfectly coincides with the RPM of the wheel, you can feel it.
The sound is unusually loud for a bearing as well, plus the fact that it almost goes away at higher speeds. Is it possible it's related to the e-brake? Anything else suspension in the rear that it could be? Again, full brake job (pads and rotors) all around just a few days ago. Was making the sound both before and now after.

Get a passenger to hang head out the window and listen. We have had one or two rear bearings go bad in the history of MVS, and I’m one of the chumps who replaced it without fixing the problem
Did you get new parking brake shoes on the brake job ? I usually clean up the rotors with a grinder to remove the rust ridge or else I get bad noises for a while.
Swerving left points to a bad right front bearing, though.
